Free Cancellation Window – Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the check-in date & time and will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

No Refund – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date & time (including same-day cancellations) or in case of a no-show, will not be eligible for any refund.

Non-Refundable Bookings – Special discounted rates or promotional bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Early Check-Out – If a guest checks out earlier than the booked stay, any refund (if applicable) will be at the hotel’s discretion.

Force Majeure – In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies, refunds will be handled on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Timeline – All eligible refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method within 2–3 working days.
